Hi, welcome to my portfolio. I’m happy to share with you some information about myself and how I got into UX.
I’m a former book designer and artist located in Leipzig (Germany), who most recently worked as a freelancer and in teaching at the university. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a strong interest in how the medium I’m involved with works and communicates. A lot of time, research, and passion has gone into this exploration.
In 2022, I decided not only to finally dare to take singing lessons, but also to shift my professional focus to user experience design. As I began my journey toward UX, I quickly realized how naturally I could transfer many of my interests and skills to my new field, whether it was emphasizing with the needs and perspectives of others (readers, students, users), a strong desire to ensure content and resources are straightforward and easily accessible, or the precise and methodical approach required in any design process.
I continue to be passionate about knowledge transfer and research, and I welcome opportunities to join companies on projects that empower and support people by helping them take a human-centered approach. I am currently available for contract work & collaborations in the Leipzig and Berlin area or remotely.
